What Can I Do To Make This Week The Best One Yet?

I was expecting that…
Yesterday, I had to fill out a pre-session form for a life coaching session I have today. You know the ones—they make you reflect on your week and what you focus on the next session.
When I got to the part for my weekly wins, my mind went completely blank. Not a single thing came to mind. Nothing. Nada. Zilch.
I sat there, staring at my screen for an eternity, hoping some magical inspiration would hit me because I couldn’t come up with a single thing. But after a few minutes, I finally realized I did have some wins: I went to the gym, I binged Tell Me Lies without guilt, and I packed half of my kitchen (because hello, moving in two and a half weeks!).
Those are amazing wins but here’s the thing…
I wasn’t intentional about any of those wins.They just kind of… happened. Which made me realize something: I almost missed them because I wasn’t paying attention. And that got me thinking—what can I do to make this the best week yet?
Here’s what I came up with:
🏡 1 hour of packing each day
💪 Taking care of my body (gym, eating well, and resting)
😅 Finally folding the clothes that’s been living on my couch for a week (oops)
💥Showing up, even when I don’t feel like it
❤️Being fully present when talking to others (no distractions, just connection)
These are little, simple things, but being intentional about them will make me feel like I’m winning this week. It’s wild how much power we have to shape our days just by showing up with purpose. One of my favorite Brendon Burchard quotes says it best: “To feel the day, you have to have the intention to feel the day.”
