I didn’t grow up a reader.

While everyone else was swooning over sparkly vampires or getting lost in Hogwarts, I was the girl at the movie theater—popcorn in hand, fully happy.

 I didn’t understand the magic of books... until everything changed.

In 2018, I moved to the U.S., and everything felt unfamiliar. I was homesick, overwhelmed, and just looking for something to hold onto.

One night, I downloaded The Unhoneymooners, and suddenly, I got it.

Books became my safe place. Then came Ugly Love, and I fell hard for romance stories and the way they made me feel less alone.

But long before I fell in love with reading, I was always creative.

I was the kid making handmade cards for every occasion, printing calendars for fun, and turning everyday moments into something special.

That creative spark never left. It just waited patiently in the background while I chased what I thought was the “right” path.

At the time, I was pursuing a PhD in Educational Psychology.

On paper, everything looked great. But inside? I felt disconnected; from myself, from joy, from the kind of life I actually wanted.

In 2022, I did the scariest thing I’ve ever done: I walked away. I left my PhD program and finally said yes to the dream I’d been carrying for years.

That’s how Apt 305 Studio was born.

Now, I design stickers, bookmarks, and stationery inspired by the stories we love and the emotions that stick with us long after the last page. Whether you’re deep in a spicy slow burn, romanticizing your to-do list, or just here for the cute vibes—I'm so glad you’re here.
